This experience could have been an absolute disaster. There were several situations we encountered that could have jeopardized the sale entirely due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the selling agent but Gonzalo went above and beyond to fix all of the selling agents mistakes. At no point did he give up on helping me buy the house I wanted but he wasn't going to allow me to be steamrolled either.

Taking that last step of selling our home, after months of packing and preparing to move out of our 5 bedroom, 3 bath house, finally arrived. We had been talking to a friend of my youngest son that had been a real estate agent years before.
