This experience could have been an absolute disaster. There were several situations we encountered that could have jeopardized the sale entirely due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the selling agent but Gonzalo went above and beyond to fix all of the selling agents mistakes. At no point did he give up on helping me buy the house I wanted but he wasn't going to allow me to be steamrolled either.

Gonzalo behaved assisted me in my purchase with more professionalism than the selling agent could have possibly mustered up despite decades of experience. It is because of his patience, his helpfulness, his communication efforts, and his accessibility that the sale went through. In truth, he deserves the selling agents commission but because it is not in my power to make that happen for him, I will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Taking that last step of selling our home, after months of packing and preparing to move out of our 5 bedroom, 3 bath house, finally arrived. We had been talking to a friend of my youngest son that had been a real estate agent years before. He kept coming over and talking to us but never gave us a suggested price of what we should list our house. We had an idea of what it should be worth and what we should price it at. (Doing our own amateur internet investigating.) We soon found out he was not going to work out. He didn't have the knowledge of the current state of the market and it would've been a big mistake going with him.
